Do you allow pets?

Yes we are pet friendly.

Do I have enough room to accommodate the temporary housing on my property?

Rarely in this a problem, however, a representative from Washovia will visit your property and will be able to determine feasibility. If your property does not qualify for a temporary mobile home, we also offer park model mobile homes as well as luxury campers. Learn More

Will my pipes freeze in the winter?

Washovia Temporary Housing uses the APEX water system which is heated and insulated to protect your water supply from freezing in extremely cold temperatures. We also fully insulate our sewer lines.

Will my insurance company pay the bills?

Homeowners insurance policies include provisions for temporary housing after a fire, flood or other major loss.

Will my township allow a temporary home on my property?

In rare cases this could be an issue but Washovia will take the lead to work though any issues that may arise. If your property does not qualify for a temporary mobile home we also offer luxury campers.

Are the units furnished?

All of our temporary homes are furnished with basic necessities. We provide beds, sofa and loveseat, coffee table, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, silverware, full set of dishes, towels, wastebaskets, flat screen TV and DVD player, plus much more.

What if something goes wrong while the home is on my property?

Should any issues arise while the mobile home or camper is on your property we have a 24/hr on call service line. A technician will visit your home as soon as possible.
